Time to get back on track after Thanksgiving weekend. Finally went to the gym after not working out for 5 days. I biked for 40 minutes, ran 1/4 mile and did some abs and squats. Good day I’d say.
I haven’t run for over a week now, because my shin was hurting, so I’ll try to run for 20 minutes on an easy pace on Wednesday. Hopefully the pain will be gone by then.
My new running shoes are going to be here on Thursday if I’m lucky, so I really want to run on Friday or Saturday. Hopefully I’ll have time to do so!
